If you are interested in a book currently on loan, place a hold on the item. This will stop the autorenew process. (see Flinders Search Smart Guide)
For items on the shelf and available from any of the Flinders University campus libraries, you can request the item be sent directly to the ATL, also known as ‘pick from shelf’.
To place these requests:
- sign in to your library account (top right hand corner) using your ACD student/barcode number eg ACD12345 and your surname in lower case or FAN and password if you are a Flinders student/staff member
- search for the item you want
- click on request
- select the Library you wish to pick it up from
When the item arrives at the Library of your choice, you will receive an email advising you to collect it within 4 days.
