Formed in 1997, the Adelaide Theological Library supports the teaching and research of the Adelaide College of Divinity and the Flinders University School of Humanities and Creative Arts (Theology).

The library holds an ecumenical collection based on Uniting Church, Anglican and Catholic traditions, and was developed from the combined collections of Parkin-Wesley College, St. Francis Xavier Seminary, St. Barnabas’ Theological College and the Society of the Sacred Mission (Adelaide)

The Adelaide Theological Library is affiliated with the Flinders University Library and its catalogue is integrated with their catalogue. It is open to the public, however borrowing from the collection may incur an annual fee.

OUR VISION

The Adelaide Theological Library seeks to support people in their search for theological understanding by providing a professional and accessible service in a welcoming environment and by developing an ecumenical collection that is relevant for the Adelaide College of Divinity.
